Concession passes for elderly and disabled persons are valid country wide. On normal bus services they give free travel from 0900 until 2359 Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends. 

Suffolk

Concession passes for elderly and disabled persons are valid country wide. On normal bus services they give free travel from 0930 until 2300 Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends. 

Blind and partially sighted persons enjoy free travel at all times providing their disabled pass has the clockface symbol. Passes which have a 'C+' symbol in the top right hand corner are allowed a companion to travel free with them.

Only English passes (with the rose symbol) are valid, Scottish and Welsh passes are not accepted in England.

Place your concession pass on the red card reader and you will hear a beep and a green light will be displayed. No ticket is issued.
